Rock Art Tours

Take a personalized 2 hour expedition to the Native American rock art sites on the Susquehanna River at Safe Harbor. Catch a glimpse of how the ancient People of this land saw their world. On rocks just below Safe Harbor dam, more than four hundred images (petroglyphs) of people and animals, as well as other more enigmatic symbols can still be seen - if you know where to look. This expedition takes you by boat to Big Indian and Little Indian Rocks, known by archaeologists since the 1860's, and on to other recently discovered, little known treasures. See and learn about what may be the most significant concentration of Native American rock art still in existence in the northeast United States.

Personalized tours can be arranged for up to 3 adults or 2
 adults and 2 children.
